ACS History

- Many years ago, like when wood was just invented -

Started woodworking as a hobby for family and friends

- May 2021 -

Established ACS in a two car garage with two cars in it

Started working with epoxy resin

- September 2021 to January 2022 -

Built my first workshop in a one car garage with no car in it and purchased a lot of new tools and machines

- December 2021 -

Installation of a 10' x 12' shed in the backyard

- February 2022 -

Built my own webpage

- April 2022 -

Purchased a laser engraver and cutter

- July 2022 -

First order from a multi-million $ company

Not a big order but...

That's one small step for man, one giant leap for ACS

- September 2022 -

Built my first own machine

A drum sander made of two old treadmills

I know this sounds weird but I did it

- December 2022 -

Occupied a room in the basement as office, warehouse and shipping department

- January 2023 -

Converted an old 3D-printer to a small CNC carving machine and started G-code programming

Laser engraving on metal for the first time

- February 2023 -

Purchased my first CNC router and improved CAD/CAM skills and G-code programming

Modified CNC machine for better results

- March 2023 -

First custom CNC milled parts sold to a customer
